There is no contact form on this page, on purpose. A form would put your message into an application you cannot see into. Writing to the address below reaches a mailbox instead — no account, no ticket number, and the copy in your sent folder is the record.
What to put in it
Anything is welcome, but these are the details that turn the first reply into the answer rather than into a question:
- The workspace name, if you already have an account. It is what lets us find the project you are describing.
- For something broken: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screenshot tool is genuinely useful.
- For an export: the platform and the size you asked for, and whether the job failed or produced the wrong picture.
MockSnaps is early and the team is small. We do not run an autoresponder, so nothing will confirm your message arrived — the copy you keep is the only receipt either of us has.
